Holiday Season at Fordham

My friend Maggie Senft was able to capture Keating in it's first snowfall!
With Thanksgiving Break over and students returning to campus, it is clear that Christmastime is quickly approaching at Fordham! At Rose Hill, multiple buildings on campus have been already adorned for the holidays and preparations have been made for celebrations and services of all kinds. Although it has not snowed a lot on campus yet, Keating Hall still looks festive and beautiful. This exciting atmosphere makes the weeks approaching finals a bit more bearable for Fordham students.

The city is also making its preparations for the upcoming weeks. I visited Rockefeller Center this weekend, where the famous Christmas Tree already towers over the ice skating rink. The rest of the city is also decorated and prepared for December's festivities. From the store windows to decorative lights, the city is fully ready for the Holiday season. For many students, this is their favorite time of the year in New York City.

My friend Kerry Rota captured this beautiful picture of a festive Columbus Circle
